At Nuvareqo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the applicable withdrawal period for customers in the European Union begins when the last item is delivered, where required by applicable law.
To request a return, please contact us at support@nuvareqo.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
Please do not send a return to an address without contacting us first.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items should generally be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging where reasonably possible
- Free from damage caused by the customer
Certain products may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law, including products that cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or other legally recognized reasons.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will process the applicable refund.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
Where required by applicable law, refunds will include applicable shipping costs and will be processed within the legally required timeframe.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nuvareqo.com.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
European Union Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rights, nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
EU consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for qualifying online purchases. Certain legal exceptions may apply.
Our 30-day return period provides an additional return period beyond the statutory minimum where applicable.
